We will gladly refund most items because we want you to be 100% happy with your order. In order to receive a full refund, the following non-negotiable policies must be met:
- E-mail us at info@itsamiraclematernity.com within five (5) days from receipt of order. You will receive a Return Form by e-mail. You must fill this form out and send back to us with the package. You may ship the product back to us via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We recommend that you insure the package in case it is lost or damaged in transit.
- Please note that all items must be returned in the same condition it was sent to you, free of all stains, tears, soils, or wear. It's A Miracle original price tags must still be on the items.
- Once we receive your package and inspect it, a full refund will be issued in the form it was originally paid, less return shipping charges. We can only credit you for merchandise we receive. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for credit to appear on your credit card statement.
- All evening wear, sale, clearance, or special priced items are a final sale and MAY NOT be returned or exchanged.
